Blanket Appeal

Wet weather and low overnight temperatures has resulted in a need for donations of old blankets to keep our dogs warm at night. The wet weather is making it difficult to get washed blankets dry and we are asking for supporters to donate old (but clean) blankets.

It is a priority to make sure our dogs are warm and dry overnight so any donations of old blankets will make our staff and our dogs extremely happy. We are asking for blankets only as doonas and other bedding is often shredded by our dogs and clogs our sewerage system.

The Home is open between 11am and 4pm every day except Thursday and we ask that blankets are dropped off between these times as they will easily get wet if left at the gates. We can't thank our supporters enough for helping to keep our dogs warm whilst they patiently wait to be adopted.
