Charlie's loving his sea change

We just wanted to send a little update about Charlie (known as Choppy while at the refuge) who we adopted in mid April of this year.

We have since moved to Busselton and he is loving the country life. We walk on the beach almost every day and he loves to explore every piece of driftwood and seaweed that washes ashore. Charles greets every person and dog that he meets along the way too. The terrier in him comes out when he tries to catch the possums around our house and that keeps him very busy.

He is always waiting for us at the gate with a wagging tail when we arrive home and we are so very glad he chose us the day we were walking around the Refuge. Keep up the fantastic work you all do there. You have made many families complete.

  • Gorgeous little Choppy/Charlie, such a sweet little boy, so nice to see he's found a loving home, exactly what he deserves!

  • Charlie is one cute dog, and how lucky getting to walk on the beach so often.
So good to see him lounging around on his beautiful soft bed - he's got the lotto life!
