We adopted Daisy in April 2013 and I can't even imagine our lives without her wiggly, smiling presence. She has brought us so much joy and truly makes me laugh EVERY day. We knew she was well trained when we adopted her, but had no idea what a clown she is! Funny, smart, and adorable...what a package!

Daisy

So much has changed since Daisy joined our pack (of two). My husband, Mark and I are Americans, and were living in Australia when we adopted Miss Daisy. As of 20 December 2013, we are now living in Napier, New Zealand! Daisy is a big hit here with the Kiwis; we regularly hear comments that "she is stunning" ....and, of course we agree. Also, we're pretty sure that she knows it already. She really seems to enjoy the milder weather, the beach, and especially all of the driftwood waiting for a game of fetch. The courtyard of our temporary home is full of sticks that she insisted on bringing home. Apparently, they were just too good to part with!

She is just such a wonderful addition to our family. Thank you Dogs' Refuge Home for putting the dog- love back into our lives.

Happy New Year to you all and thank you for all of your great work!
