Jive loves lying in her hammock

Jive now called Ruby fitted into the family from the first day we brought her home.

She really is the sweetest most amazing dog. She most enjoys going for a walk in the park, playing with her many toys and generally relaxing and sleeping. She spends the evenings on our laps and enjoys being in the garden. Especially chewing up the reticulation ;) she is also obsessed with chasing flys which is very funny to watch.

Another funny thing she likes to do is sleep in the hammock which is quite bizarre. The one thing we are still working on is her dislike of other dogs. She has finished her puppy training and is a very fast learner.

Basically we are smitten.

  • Lucky Jive, she looks very happy. I only hope Yiz will find himself in the same situation very soon.

  • I have only been a volunteer at the DRH for 1 and a half yrs and I have always been coming to read up on the success stories. It is fantastic to read some of these stories and even better when I see someone that I can identify with. Jive is an absolute gem. And how contented she looks on that bed! :D

  • I remember Ruby(Jive) and often wondered how she was going, nice to know she is happy,I just hope that those flies she tries to catch don't get mixed up with bees.

  • We loved Jive when she was at the refuge, so glad she's gone to a lovely home.
