Louie had a wonderful life

I adopted Louie in 2000 aged about 8 months (used to be called Willy – kelpie X), sadly he passed away peacefully last week at the age of 14 years.

Louie - Adopt Me!

He had a wonderful life, I took him to Canada with me where he lived for 5 years and then flew him back home to Perth.  He was not impressed with the Snow or his booties up there and missed rounding up the seagulls at the beach.

He is sadly missed but I thank Shenton Refuge for the opportunity of loving him for 14 years.

He will never be forgotten!

  • We only had the opportunity to know Louie for a short time but both fell in love with him as well. He was a beautiful dog and we are sure he is looking down on his owner every day to ensure she is protected as he was when he was with her.
