Effie is one you just can't let go
My partner and I adopted Effie (formally known as Crystal) last week. We had been foster caring for her for a couple of months and just fell in love with her and couldn't let her go.
Two successes and an RIP
I have been meaning to write in to let you know how two of your former residents settled in to our family but I never seemed to get around to it... so here it is, some years late! I have made up a bit of a montage of pictures so I hope these come through alright.

We adopted 'Elephant' in March and renamed him 'Boris' - more fitting.
Zac gets a whole new life
Just letting you all know I have changed my name to Zac and even if it is only three letters; I learned it all in one day! I absolutely love my new home and mum. We go to the park every day and play with all of the other dogs. I have made special friends with smudge & buddy the poodles, slash the big dog, indi the even bigger dog, a great dane, and my favourite girlfriend...... Pearla the staffy :-))
Buddy is loving his new life
It's now just over a month that we have had Buddy and he is settling in well. We have built him a kennel and he is loving life.
Ernie is one playful puppy
We adopted a lovely cute puppy called Ernie last Wednesday. Since coming home he has fit in so well with our family and all our friends.
Poppy turns Postie
Two weeks have passed since ‘Poppy’ moved in with us! She has certainly filled a gap left by our much loved Bella kelpie X who died suddenly. Poppy escaped twice on the first day but no harm done (just frantic panic by her owners!) but she is gradually realising that this is home and a pretty good one!
This is one Jolly Jumbuck
I just wanted to let you all know how delighted we are to have Jumbuck (Gizmo) the chihuahua x mini pinscher join our family. He gets along famously with our other dog Banjo and follows him around like a little brother. He is the sweetest little thing and loves nothing more than to cuddle up in a warm lap or under any blanket, sheet or towel that might be left lying around (some times you need to watch where you step!)
