Pip is a great character

Just to let you know that Pip is well settled now and enjoying good health and happiness.

He certainly is a great character and gets on with everybody... except cars! We think that he would be a car-chaser if he ever escaped off the lead, and while travelling in the car he goes crazy at every single car that passes in the opposite direction. It's difficult to know what's best for him in this situation but we're trying to work on that.

He loves children and will hop up onto just about anyone's lap and fall asleep straight away! Sadly, and surprisingly for a terrier, he doesn't know how to play at all... he has lots of toys but, in spite of us trying to show him what fun he could have, he just watches us jumping around, throwing balls, crawling on the carpet in front of him, playing hide & seek, etc. with a total blank expression on his face!

On a more positive note, he's learnt to sit and wait for his food, instead of jumping up and trying to take the food bowl out of our hands. He sits, drops, & stays, and he's making progress with 'heeling'. He has the funniest crazy moments where he tears around the house, springs straight up and down in the air and lands with all four paws very quickly in succession, which is absolutely hilarious to watch!

Here are a few photos...
