Polly and Finn's joyful future

Hi there, we adopted two absolutely gorgeous Shetland Sheepdogs at the beginning of November. I'd just like to let you know they have settled in quite well. In fact so well, it feels like they've been with us forever. We've renamed Bingo 'Polly', and the boy Flush 'Finn'.

Polly and Finn's joyful future

As you can see from the attached pictures, not long after we got them I took them in for a full doggy glamour session. Both got a hydrobath and a well deserved clipping to get ready for summer. They love their walkies, especially when we go down to the river. They have made lots of friends there and really enjoy time off the lead (it's a lead-free zone). They really show their personalities there with Polly being the 'good girl' that sticks right by us and Finn who sometimes wanders off but never too far away from Polly. Folks always stop us and ask what the breed is and how old they are. They're always surprised when I tell them that Polly and Finn are about 8 years old. Polly and Finn always get lots of pats from people who think they're 'so cute!'

I think they know that they've found a good home that will see them well done by in their twilight years; and I know they will continue to bring us much joy as the years go by. Thanks for bringing these two beautiful darlings into our lives.

Kind regards

  • Polly and Finn are really cute, and they look so relaxed and loved - another happy ending for two beautiful animals.
