Teddie brings a smile to everyone he meets

On the 26th of November 2012, we walked past the kennel of your Yogi and were instantly smitten. After meeting with him in the yard, we were entertained by the silly antics of this 18 month old Rottweiler X, launching himself in and out of a little blue clam shell pool. My partner and I looked at each other and knew he was destined to be a part of our family. Shortly after, your Yogi became our Teddie.

Some 11 weeks later, Teddie is a joyous, well adapted and healthy dog that brings a smile to everyone he meets. He enjoys home-cooked meals, morning and evening walks, laying in the sun, playing with seaweed at the beach and camping. And, of course, spending time in his own little blue clam shell pool. He also enjoys his weekly lessons of learning how to be a well-mannered and obedient boy. He tries so hard to please us, such as offering behaviours before even being asked. He is a smart cookie.

Most importantly, Teddie enjoys teaching as many people that he can that there are beautiful dogs, just like him, longing to be rescued.

We sincerely thank you for seeing the good in him and saving him from the pound. Thank you also for looking after him and loving him whilst in your care. You have successfully found him a forever home.

With thanks,

Donna, Glen and your Yogi.

  • What a lovely story, thanks for sharing it with us. Teddie is really blessed to have been adopted by such beautiful people.
I only hope more dogs will eventually enjoy a life likeTeddie has.
