Good afternoon everyone at the Dog’s Refuge – it has taken a while but just wanted to share with you the first couple of months since our beautiful Mishka joined the family.

Mishka

Mishka came to us at the beginning of September and to say she has made herself well and truly at home would be an understatement.  Within the first 24 hours she had settled right in and now we could not think of life without her.  With her quizzical looks, big mastiff smile, leaning on us and not realising her own strength coupled with her beautiful nature she truly makes us laugh and smile each day.

Due to her size Mishka has attended training classes but still doesn’t realise she is such a large lady and just wants to play with any dog that comes along as well as myself and husband.  Her days are spent playing with her numerous toys, eating, sleeping, drooling and snoring like a chainsaw on one of her many dog beds around the house!

Thank you to everyone at the home, and a special hi to Tracey the Trainer who knew Mishka’s history before we were lucky enough to bring her to our home.  I have attached a couple of photos for you to see how she is doing.

Best regards

Mishka
