I want to thank all the wonderful staff at the refuge for looking after me for such a long time, I miss you all, but from my point of view it was well worth the wait as I've found my forever home and I am having a fantastic time.

Zed Adoption Success

My new home is full of unconditional love, patience and support. I think I kinda freaked them out my first night, since then I'm doing my very best to stay focussed and be good.

I'm glad they have got patience as I've got a few bad habits that I'm trying to break and with practice and their help, I will get there.

I am learning lots as I can now stay and wait for my food, though I do initially get excited but I've quickly learnt to get my food I must be patient and so I sit and wait. I go for walks twice a day with my big brother, Diesel and then we spend all day playing in the backyard……. I'm having the time of my life!

I have an older sister too, her name is Abi and Im learning that I need to be patient and approach with kisses - this gets me into her good books and gets her to play with me a little – sneaky I know, but it works. J

Attached is a photo of me, training to be the best dog I can be by practicing my sitting when I'm told and in the background is another new family member (cousin) I now have the joy to playing with.

I am just so happy and very blessed.

Zed
