Get To Know Missy
Missy is a sweet soul who hasn’t had the best start to life so far. She is a fearful girl but once she gains your trust, she really enjoys zooming around and playing with toys. Due to bad experiences, she can be fearful at times, and can be a timid girl. Ongoing training and confident building is a must for her. Someone who is home more often than not, such as part time workers, would be best as she is most relaxed when someone is nearby. She must go home with another male dog, as this will help with her confidence levels and settling into her new home. She could live with older teenaged children (16+) or adult only home. In the right home, Missy will make a loving companion as she has an amazing, goofy personality once she gets to know you.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
