Get To Know Blaze
Blaze has been very stressed here at the refuge, and is desperately searching for a new home.
He is a typical stressy staffy who will need experienced dog owners to help manage his anxieties and provide a calm, stable and consistent home routine. Once calm, he thoroughly enjoys attention and affection. We know little of his history which is why we recommend a home with children 13 years and older only. No full time workers at this stage for Blaze, he will need people home to help settle him in initially. He is best suited as the only pet in the home. If you are a staffy lover who is keen to change the life of a boy in need, look no further than Blaze!

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
