Big, bright eyes Huey is searching for his forever home. He hasn’t had the best start in life, so is looking for a loving home that can commit to his needs moving forward and provide him the happy, healthy life he deserves. So far, we know that he does not like being left alone so ideally part time/casual/work from home workers who have the time to settle him into the home are ideal. Training will be essential for this boy to help build basic skills as well as his confidence when it comes to other dogs and people. He has only ever lived isolated on one property so can be a bit nervous in the outside world. People committed to ensuring his training needs are met are crucial. He is incredibly underweight so needs dedication to helping improve his body condition over time as well.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
