Barney is our sweet boy looking for his forever home.
He has a friendly personality and he is full of beans, he will need at least 1.5 hours of exercise each day and plenty of mental enrichment. He should be given opportunities to socialise with other dogs in an appropriate manner.
Someone who can be home with him most of the day is recommended during his settle-in period such as someone who has the ability to wok from home. His house-manners and ability to be left alone should be assessed during this period as well.
Barney can go home with children over the age of 13 if the parents are experienced dog owners.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
