Get To Know Sheena
Sheena came to us from a local pound and is now looking for her forever home.
She is very sweet and affectionate but is stressed in kennel-environment.
Sheena would like to go on at least 1 hour walks every day and needs plenty of mental enrichment.
Sheena could potentially be left for full-time hours but this will have to be assessed during her settling-in period.
She is a bit of an escape artist as her previous owner could not contain her, she can not be left unattended in the yard.
Sheena could go to a home with children over the age of 10, pending meet.
Sheena is a little choosy with her dog friends and might need some work regarding her dog sociability. She can make friends if this is done in an appropriate manner.
If you would like to meet Sheena, please come to the refuge today.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
