Get To Know Vada
Vada is our sweet girl who is very timid and most things are very intimidating to her and will cause her to cower.
Vada has the tendency to be very clingy and will need confident dog owners who are able to reassure her and train her to become more confident.
She really likes human affection and an owner who has plenty of time to spend with her is recommended such as someone who can work from home or part-time so she can learn more independent behaviours.
Vada can go o a home with children over the age of 10, pending meet if the parents are experienced with shy/clingy dogs.
As she is a working breed she will need at least 1.5 hours of exercise each day and plenty of mental enrichment. Long walks on lead will help her become more confident in everyday situations.
Come to the refuge today to meet Vada.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
