Get To Know Howard
Howard is a sweet gentle sole, who came to us from a local pound with his friend Helen. He can be a little unsure at first but would flourish in a home with a gentle family who have a lot of love to give. He will need at least 1hr of exercise per day, plus plenty of mental enrichment. So active owners who can take him on adventures like bush walks would be best. Howard has some basic training skills down pat, such as sit and paw but it is recommended that his new owners undergo training with him, like group classes. To set him up for success and build their bond him in the beginning. He may be able to go home with dog savvy older kids, or even a suitably matched doggy friend pending meets.
