Journey a sweet and affectionate girl who came to us from a a local pound. Her new family will need to ensure they are meeting her needs with at least 1 hr of exercise and mental enrichment per day. Journey has a lovely calm nature, and lovely manners overall but can get a bit distracted by all the smells the world has to offer. Enrolling Journey into group doggy training classes or seeing a trainer 1 on 1 strongly recommended for her new owners to keep up her training and socialisation with dogs! Journey loves affection but is also quite happy to do her own thing, for this reason she may be able to adjust to living in a home with people who work full time hrs after a decent settling in period. Journey would most likely be okay to share a home with dog savvy kids 8+ pending meets. This lovely lady can’t wait to lap up all the love in a home of her very own!

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
