Astra is a sweet girl who is shy initially, but bonds quite quickly with new people once she trust them and loves to get all the pats and cuddles. She seems to have lived with people before as she can sit and beg, and has good attention to which ever human has food! She is a very trainable girl who walks nicely on lead and has presented well with other dogs. She does seem to be unsure of more boisterous dogs, new owners will need to ensure she has interactions with other polite dogs to avoid any unpleasant experiences.
Astra could live with children 10+ pending meet, as long as parents are supervising interactions and allowing Astra to show her cuddly side at her own pace.

There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
