Get To Know Reid
Reid is sweet timid piggy boy who is bit overwhelmed at the moment. Once he is comfortable with you Reid is so goofy and loving, he will need patient owners and gentle handling to help him build confidence in a calm home. His new owners should expect some puppy like behaviours to develop as he gets comfortable, he’s only 10 months after all. Group training is a must, this will help him to bond with his new owners, learn basic training skills and slowly get accustomed to being around buisier environments, people and dogs in a controlled manner. As a young dog Reid will need his humans home with him most of the time, at least in the beginning as he gets accustomed to his new life. He may be able to live with kids, 13+ or a well matched doggy friend, pending meets. Reid will no doubt make the most wonderful companion to a very lucky family.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
