Smithy is a beautiful Dog who is in need of a loving home where he can be spoilt.
Smithy is lacking a little confidence, he is very eager to please and a big sook for affection once he has been given the time to build trust in his people. He would love a home with kind and gentle people who can take it slow with him and give him the time to realise how great it is to feel loved by a family. He will be best suited to part time workers but may adjust to full time hours, given time to adjust. Smithy has not had the chance to discover all the good things about being a dog, sniffy walks, cuddles on the sofa and all the really good treats. His new family should be committed to treating him like the Prince he does not know he is.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
