Ducky arrived into our care as an emergency surrender from a pretty bad situation. She will need a fun-loving family environment where she can be adequately socialised and integrated to their new lifestyle through rewarding experiences.
She will need owners who can be with her most of the time to provide an appropriate routine for a dog her age and so they are able to manage puppy behaviours accordingly over the first few months.
Ducky must be given opportunities to meet & play with other friendly dogs whilst in controlled situation. Mandatory puppy classes will assist with this and set pup up for success in their new life. Ducky will be suitable to live with children 10+ as long as parents understand the time and effort demands of having a young puppy.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
