Simba is a sweet and sensitive Australian Cattledog who is looking for a loving home where he can truly be part of the family. At nearly six years old, Simba has spent his life mostly as an outdoor dog, but he’s ready to embrace indoor life and all the cuddles that come with it!
Simba adores the company of other dogs and has also lived with cats, getting along well with both. He’s a gentle soul who can be a little shy at first but warms up with patience and kindness.
Simba will flourish in a quiet, loving household with adopters who are home often to provide companionship. He would do well with older children who understand his need for space and gentle handling. A resident dog or cat could be a great support for him. Simba’s new family should be committed to helping him transition into his new life, ensuring he becomes a cherished and included member of the household.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
