Meet Big Girl – a big-hearted sweetheart who loves her people and enjoys gentle playtime with calm canine friends. She’s affectionate, cuddly, and happiest when spending time with her favourite humans.
Big Girl can be a little unsure around boisterous dogs, so she’s looking for a polite, easygoing doggy brother or would also be happy as the only dog, as long as she gets plenty of love and regular playdates with gentle dog friends.
She’s best suited to a calm, loving home with people who are home often and enjoy including her in their daily life. Big Girl could live with dog-savvy kids aged 10+ who can handle a little enthusiasm and respect her space. With patience and positive training, she’ll make a loyal, affectionate, and loving companion.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
