Puppies

Rover - Adopted

DOB - FEB 2016 | Male | Mixed Breed Medium

Rover is a lovely young boy who just loves being around you. He is a clever boy and is eager to train so classes would be great for him.

Cannot be re-homed to full-time workers and must go to a home where someone is going to be home much of the time due to current extreme separation anxiety.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Approx. 2 x 30mins of exercise daily to start and mental stimulation from chew toys/ treats. Increased walks as he get older.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Dog savvy teens due to training needs.

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS & DOGS: Possible pending meeting. Is dog social.

Duke - Adopted

DOB - SEPT 2015 | Male | Irish Wolfhound X

Hey humans I'm Duke! I am an over grown puppy so be warned a may grow a little more. Look I know you might be a bit freaked out by my size but I am much easier then one of those small crazy dogs as I like to just sniff the grass, get cuddles and relax in the sun. I know I'm not the sharpest tool in the shed but I do try and I am slowly learning manners so please be patient with me. I love both dogs and humans so really I am just awesome, why don't you meet me to see for yourself?

Will suit full or part time workers.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Duke will require approx 2 x 30 minute walks daily and must ensure that he is not over exercised to prevent issues with his legs when fully grown. Will need ongoing enrichment such as kongs and treat dispensing toys to prevent him from becoming bored.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Duke should be fine with kids as he is pretty easy going but will need to be monitored in case he knocks them over!

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS & DOGS: Dog social.

Callie - In Foster

DOB - NOV 2015 | Female | Shar Pei X

Callie is a sweet, loving young shar-pei who needs a home where she can be given lots of time and a commitment to her training. She has had a rough start to life but this has not affected her personality as she is extremely sweet, affectionate and wants nothing more than to be close to you. Callie is eager to make new friends both human and canine but her favourite thing to do is roll onto her back for some belly scratches. Her perfect owners will be people who can commit to her training and socialisation needs while having lots of company inside the home. Callie will make an adorable, loving & loyal companion given the right home.

Ideally part time worker/s to begin and may gradually be left for longer as she gets older.

MY ENERGY LEVEL: Approx. 2 x 30 minute walks daily plus mental stimulation.

MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Homes with children 13yrs+

MY SUITABILITY TO CATS & DOGS: Dog social. As a young dog still needs ongoing controlled socialisation and puppy classes are required.
