Meet Lilo

Meet lovely Lilo, a sweet Staffy girl who is ready to discover what being a cherished indoor family member is all about. 💛

Lilo hasn’t had many of the opportunities we’d normally want for a young dog. She previously lived an outdoor lifestyle and is still learning about all the individual attention that comes with being someone’s much-loved companion.

Underneath all her excitement is a sensitive girl who needs someone patient enough to give her time to settle and show her the world at her own pace. She’s also very food motivated, so positive treat-based training is a great way to her heart!

Lilo would love a gentle, dog-experienced family with calm kids around 10+ who can give her space when she needs it while getting involved in her training, walks and playtime.

She’s happiest exploring quieter places on relaxed sniffy walks and will need at least an hour of daily exercise alongside plenty of enrichment and relaxing activities at home.

Lilo has lived around other dogs previously and has been making nice progress getting to know polite male dogs through calm walks with us. She may be able to live with a very polite male dog pending successful meets, or she could be perfectly happy as your only dog with some calm and friendly walking buddies.

Flexible or part-time working arrangements will be best initially while Lilo settles in and gradually learns that being home alone is safe.
