Meet Patches – a bright, energetic little guy with a big personality! Patches is still building his confidence and learning about the world, so he’ll need gentle, patient adopters who can take things slow and make every new experience a positive one.
Once settled, Patches will make an amazing companion for an active family who loves adventure-he’d even make a great little dog sports partner for those keen on agility or training games. Patches would love a playful doggy friend to keep him company, but if he’s your only dog, he’ll need regular playdates with other dogs to stay social and happy.
He’d suit a home with dog-savvy teens aged 16+ who understand he can be sensitive about handling and needs space sometimes. With love, consistency, and positive reinforcement, Patches will grow into a fun, affectionate, and loyal companion.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
