Odin is an extremely smart and energetic dog, he will need experienced owners (ideally experienced with shepherds or arctic breeds) who can keep up with his daily need for lots mental stimulation and exercise (at least 1.5 hr a day). He may take some time to warm up to new people but is an affectionate cuddle bug who has a lot to say and loves a tummy rub once he trusts you.
Odin is an active, strong and playful boy who loves to explore and would suit a calm, experienced family with older kids. He can live with a well-matched dog companion and enjoys being included at home with people who are around most of the time. With a bit of guidance, positive training and plenty of TLC, Odin will blossom into a wonderful, loyal companion.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
