Meeka is a sweet and sensitive young girl who is still learning that the world is a safe place. While she may be a little unsure at first, once she feels comfortable, her playful, affectionate personality really shines through.
This energetic little lady loves to have fun and will thrive in a home that can provide her with both physical exercise and plenty of mental enrichment. She forms strong bonds with her people and will make a very loyal companion for someone willing to go at her pace.
Meeka is looking for a calm, quiet home where she can continue to build her confidence. She would do best with older teens (16+) and minimal visitors, as busy environments can be overwhelming for her.
She may be able to live with a calm, well-matched small breed male dog, pending meets.
With patience, understanding, and ongoing positive training, Meeka has so much potential to grow into a wonderful companion. 💛

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
