Leia is a sweet lady who is looking for a fresh start with a loving family of her own. Leia is a tad overweight and will need a family dedicated to her weight loss journey. She must be exercised daily, about 1hr low impact activities initially. She prefers calm and polite doggy friends and would love to go on relaxing sniffy walks with them. Leia is very smart and already knows a few basic tricks like sit, paw, and down. She is super food and toy motivated and will be a very willing learner. Leia would likely be okay with full time hrs after her settle in period, as she is more of an independent lady. Leia has lived with kids before and should be okay to go home with kids 8+, pending meets. If you a looking for a big beautiful lady Leia may be the pooch for you!

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
