Missy is a gentle young girl who has found herself back in our care and is now looking for a calm, understanding home where she can finally relax and soak up all the love. She can be timid, but once she feels safe, Missy blossoms into the sweetest, most affectionate young girl who loves cuddles and being close to her favourite humans.
Missy would suit a quieter household with adults or older teens who can give her gentle guidance and let her settle at her own pace. Missy is best as the only dog for now, though she will benefit greatly from regular socialisation opportunities with friendly, easygoing dog pals.
Missy is ready for someone who can offer her a safe place to land, a gentle hand, and lots of love – and in return, she’ll be a loyal, affectionate companion with so much heart to give.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
