Meet Chiko – a sweet, gentle boy with a soft heart and shy smile. Chiko enjoys calm walks, gentle company, and quiet time to relax. Once he trusts you, his affectionate side shines through, and he’s a lovely little companion.
Chiko could live with another friendly, easygoing dog of similar age or be perfectly happy as your one-and-only friend. He’s best suited to a calm home with patient adopters who understand he may need time to settle and feel comfortable.
He could go home with kids 10+ who know to give him space and handle him gently. With time, Chiko will blossom into a loyal and loving little friend.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
