Meet Shadow – a sweet, gentle girl who’s ready to find her forever couch! Shadow enjoys a balance of light exercise and plenty of downtime with her people. She’s independent but affectionate, and once she knows you, she’ll happily curl up beside you for a cuddle.
She’s not overly interested in other dogs but could share her home with a calm, friendly doggy brother who respects her space. Shadow would suit a quiet home with a predictable routine and gentle, patient owners who’ll let her move at her own pace.
She could live with dog-savvy kids aged 13+ who understand she may prefer her own space at times. Shadow would also be a lovely match for fit older adopters looking for an easygoing companion who enjoys relaxed walks and snuggles.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
