Little Manuel came in with his siblings very skinny and malnourished 🙁
He then caught parvovirus but thanks to his lovely foster carer and our vet team, he has made an amazing recovery and is ready to find his forever home!
His foster carer says he is a really sweet mellow boy and is so nice with all the people and kids he meets, he is on foster with young kids and does really well with them. He did have an instance where he tried to herd one of them (he is a Huntaway mix) but with some guidance he didn’t try it again.
Manuel will make an amazing companion in a home that will offer him outlets for his instincts and give him lots of guidance as he grows.
Manuel could go home with a nice calm doggy pal, he will to have lots of positive, controlled experiences with other dogs as he grows up too 🙂
This boy will need to attend group classes with his new family, he is a smart cookie and would make the best companion!

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted.
