Meet Katara – a sweet, adventurous girl who loves exploring the world with her favourite people! Katara can be a little shy at first, but with gentle reassurance she warms up beautifully and becomes a cuddly, loyal companion.
She prefers polite doggy friends and would love a calm doggy brother or simply regular playdates with gentle canine pals. Katara would suit an active family who enjoy getting out and about.
She could live with dog-savvy kids aged 8+ who can be calm and respectful, especially when she needs a little space. With time, patience, and positive training, Katara will make a wonderful, loving addition to the right home.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
