Meet Thunder – a big, gentle soul looking for a calm and understanding home. Thunder can be shy and unsure at first, especially around other dogs, but once he feels safe, he settles beautifully and enjoys relaxed walks and quiet companionship.
Thunder would love a peaceful home with adopters who are happy to go at his pace and spend plenty of time with him while he builds confidence. He may enjoy living with a calm, polite doggy friend, or he could be an only dog with the right training support.
He could live with dog-savvy teens aged 13+ who understand he may need space and should not be overhandled. With patience, kindness, and positive training, Thunder will make a deeply loyal and rewarding companion.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
