Meet Walter – a gentle giant with a heart full of love. Walter is a devoted companion who can be a little shy at first but quickly warms up with kindness and patience. He enjoys polite doggy company but is also happy soaking up affection from his people as an only dog.
Walter would suit a home with dog-savvy kids aged 10+ who can handle a big, sometimes boisterous boy under adult supervision. He’s happiest when he’s part of the family and would love adopters who can offer him companionship, enrichment, and a calm, loving environment.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
