Bluey came to us through a local pound. He is now looking for his furever home! Bluey is a big boy that will need up to 1.5hrs of exercise and enrichment each day. Bluey has lacked the training and socialisation as a young pup. He will need dedicated owners that are happy to help Bluey begin his training journey.
Bluey’s new owners should investigate enrichment and incorporate this in each of his meals. Enrichment is something we can give the dog to stimulate their mind rather than their body. This can look like a snuffle mat, licki mat, basic training cues like sit and eye contact and using his meal as treats.
Bluey could go home with kids 13+ at this stage, pending a meet. Bluey is a big boy and jumpy when excited. Older kids best.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
