Ralf is a lovely, sensitive boy who is learning that the world is a safe place. He may take a little time to feel comfortable in new environments, but once he settles, he shows playful, social behaviours and enjoys interacting with polite dog friends.
With patient and experienced owners who can provide daily activity, mental stimulation, and kind guidance, Ralf has the potential to become an amazing adventure companion. Ralf would be best suited to an active household who are committed to his working breed needs. He would greatly benefit from going home with a polite but playful doggy sibling and could live with dog savvy kids 8+.
Ralf MUST go home with a well matched dog sibling who can keep him company and help him feel more confident.
Having grown up on a rural property, he is still adjusting to suburban life and can feel unsure with busy environments. Ralf would likely struggle in a small suburban house, he is used to living on acreage. Rural or semi-rural property would be best for Ralf but given the right home comes up he could go to a large suburban home.

Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
