Bruce is a sweet and thoughtful boy who is still building confidence in new situations. He enjoys getting out for quiet sniffy walks and taking the world in at his own pace.
Bruce can be a little unsure when meeting new dogs and prefers calm interactions. He may be happiest as the only dog in the home, though he could potentially share his home with a calm, polite female dog after a successful meet.
Bruce also has reduced vision in one eye, which can make him a little cautious at times, so he appreciates gentle, predictable interactions and people who allow him to approach things at his own pace.
With patience, kindness and a calm environment, Bruce is a lovely companion who will enjoy spending time with his people and exploring the world together.

There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone.
