She enjoys attention, is highly food motivated, and is eager to learn when given patient guidance and positive encouragement. Dharma is looking for a family who can show her the kindness, security, and love she has always deserved.
Having missed out on many normal life experiences, Dharma is still building confidence with everyday things such as lead walking and exploring the world around her. She would thrive with adopters who are happy to take things at her pace and celebrate the small wins along the way. Our website updates the availability of our dogs in real time. There is a chance that while you are travelling to the Home to meet a particular dog, he or she may be involved in the adoption process or already adopted. You can phone ahead to enquire about a dog you are interested in between the hours of 11am and 4pm but we cannot place dogs on hold over the phone. Please review our Adoption Process or complete an Adoption Questionnaire prior to your visit.
